  • Members-only contact phone with guaranteed 2-hour response time.

  • 24/7 emergency telephone access with guaranteed 2-hour response time.

  • Members receive priority scheduling for any repair issues.

  • We will conduct an annual assessment of the property in order to ensure no critical maintenance or repair issues are overlooked.

    In the first Autopilot year, this will also include complete documentation of the critical systems within your home.

  • Using the items documented during the annual assessment and consultation with you, we will develop a comprehensive annual maintenance plan for your home.

  • We will execute the Maintenance Plan developed, keeping you fully apprised of the schedule and results.

  • Two 4-hour blocks of service are included in the base program at a 25% discount to standard rates. Additional blocks may be pre-purchased at a reduced rate.

  • The cost of selected maintenance will be divided equally across each month of the term selected, allowing you to easily budget for the routine maintenance.
